We are looking for highly motivated, positive, energetic individuals to join our sales team and help us grow our client base. Sales Executives are responsible for selling advertising space in our monthly publication(s).

The ideal candidate should:

• Be a self-starter, able to create their own pipeline of opportunities, and have great prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Posses a consultative and honest approach to selling with complete client focus.
• Have exceptional Networking and Relationship-Building skills.
• Be organized, disciplined, and creative and project a professional image.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Previous experience in Advertising Sales a plus, but not necessary.

Base Salary plus commission with:

• Six-Figure earning potential
• Great Residual Earnings
• No Cap
